Herpes zoster:Affecting L-2 dermatome. The rash shows characteristic, "Band" distribution, starting from the mid-line, where some vesicles can be seen.
Rubella rash on the trunk:On the first day, the rash consists of discrete, delicate pink macules. These may coalesce on the second day, as here, but the severity of the rash varies considerably, and it may be missed altogether when the lesions are sparse.
Tinea (ring worm) :Patients with dermatophyte infections act as reservoir of infection, and ring worm may also sometimes be "caught" through contact with infected animals. This florid case resulted from infection with Microsporium canis.
